Stop Abuse For Everyone is a human rights organization that provides services for those who typically don't have services: battered men, same sex victims, teens, the elderly, and immigrants.
SAFE has an online support group, local brochures, information for men who have been in abused, and direct services in some local areas. Also has trainings and presentations for service providers and more. SAFE is a human rights organization that provides services for all domestic violence groups, focusing on those who typically do not receive services.
Support group
------------
If you're looking for people to talk with, advice, and support, join the Support and Discussion forum (formerly called safe-support). The Support and Discussion forum is for abuse of all sorts (men and women, straight and gay, elderly abuse, sibling abuse, etc..), and for people that have abused as well (as long as they are trying to change their behavior). It is a safe place to talk about your experiences and seek support. One of the forums's advantages is that because there is a lot of different types of people on the list, you're often able to get perspectives you wouldn't get if everybody in the group was exactly like you.
