The children's program offers respite care in shelter, counseling, self-esteem building, parenting education, and referrals. The Horizon House, a 15-bed shelter for women and children, provides a supportive environment, individual and group counseling, advocacy, and referrals. The transitional housing program provides subsidized funding to qualifying clients up to one year. |
